Top class hospitality. During our stay, each staff warmly welcomed us and very friendly. We stayed in a Junior Suite (room 323) and it was home away from home. Spa experience was of high quality, clean and relaxing. We are looking forward to visit again. One downside but does not change my rating, was the carpet in the room is very old/stained could be replaced with hardwood.

SPA is amazing with different types of saunas and swimming pool. As for massages, Claudia was excellent knowing how to help, giving tips on how to release pain and do some trainings. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to get back.
I have had the chance to stay at a few 5-star hotels and palaces in Paris, Cannes, Marrakesh and other touristic places. In my experience, none of them come close to the quality of the service at the SchlossHotel. If good service requires to listen, great service involves anticipation and the SchlossHotel’s team definitely mastered this art.
The place is tastefully renovated, the rooms spacious and the service impeccable. The breakfast buffet is as varied and qualitative as one can wish for. And cherry on the cake, the spa is surprisingly vast and meets the highest quality standards.
Very well looked after and super friendly team. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Hidden away behind the Gornergrat station (which gives some noise of the trains) but not a real problem and in fact makes the place more interesting to watch the coming and going’s.
friendly staff, clean, Covid correct distancing everywhere, masks, sanitizers etc. Super wellness, very nice fitness with new machines. 100% recommendable.
