Clean, cozy, and fantastic staff. Great hotel with all sorts of accommodations, we forgot our travel adapter but they lent us one and they even had sleds for us to borrow. Restrooms are spotless and the food here is delicious.
Our Zermatt stay was toward end of a multi city European holiday. Phoenix hotel was the best accommodations we experienced. Friendly and helpful staff during check in. Clean newer room. Good breakfast with excellent assistance. Good location, close to train station. Excellent lounge with great service, where we would go to unwind from our days of hiking. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be returning.
Very friendly staff. Modern hotel. Amazing gym. The breakfast here was by far the most elaborate and best of the six hotels we visited on our recent trip to Europe (which included a JW Marriott!) I would definitely stay here again.
