A friendly, quirky hotel with lovely staff and really good breakfasts. The Set Restaurant is a really wonderful experience if quite expensive. The room was charming and eccentric but it could have been a bit cleaner and better presented hence the lost star. I would come back again though.
The rooms are styled really well, the place is cool and friendly at the same time. Staff were lovely when we came to stay. The bar does great cocktails and the food was high quality too. I'd rate this as my favourite hotel in Brighton.

Our room was small... but we were told that. Close to the seafront
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the bunk room which the kids absolutely loved as it feels like you are on a ship. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Brighton. Across from the i360 and close to everything.
