To the two girls on reception/bar thank you so much for helping me and my daughter, we got in a bit of a pickle with another hotel and they saved us. Such lovely girls and great service. Hotel was also beautiful. Will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Brighton.
Great location, I had a sea view from my window. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room itself was clean and luxurious. Breakfast was included in my price but missed the time slots due to wanting a lay in! check out was earlier than I am used to so was a bit of a rush to leave. The bathroom walls were glass, so my only issue with the room was there wasn't much privacy (I was staying there with a friend) when in the shower etc . But would definitely stay there again
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cosy but well thought out. The staff are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to help you. Lovely position on the seafront. I would definitely come back here, its excellent value for money.
Flawless stay at this well run, friendly boutique guest house/hotel. Staff were very accommodating to all guests needs. The breakfast buffet selection was wonderful. The staff are so conscientious and super helpful. The ensuite room (Marrakesh) I had was petite but perfect for a last minute overnight stay in Brighton. Great selection of teas in the room, Bed was very comfy. Added a nice touch with candy at reception. Definitely recommend/ (and stay again if/when back in Brighton).
As what the name suggests, this hotel is charming! This is my favourite place to stay in Brighton because the staff are lovely, the interior decor makes the hotel feel really cosy and it is in a great location and competitively priced.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times, so check out the different roads that you can park along and their respective prices beforehand.
Shout out to Eugenia and Daniella - the entire staff are so lovely and friendly.
Also, the spa treatments are great. My partner loved the Thai massage and pedicure.
Customer service was brilliant. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating before and during my stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again

Very nice room, tidy and cute. Great Price. Host was very friendly and helpful! Location is amazing, you are close to everything (beach, bars, restaurants...)

We had a pleasant stay here. The breakfast was filling and well done in light of covid but was missing a few warm options. The staff were great and helped us with parking and also adding petals on our bed for our 1 year anniversary. Well priced overall though the room was small but we didn't spend much time in it so was fine for what we needed as we spent very little time inside. Didn't use the bar but the lounge bar area was very relaxing.

We had the Big Cheese (bacon, cheese, egg and rocket) and The Mazuma (sausage, egg, rocket and cheese) on brioche and we will be returning tomorrow for sure!

Highly recommended. Super clean and beautiful rooms with character. The owner is very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Regularly offers to renew towels and beddings. Very well equipped rooms and the location is the best with everything you need a throw stone away from cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and other facilities. Loved the stay and it is now my go to accommodation when visiting Brighton.
EXCELLENT……… Stayed for 2 nights in September in a single room on the top floor. Everything you could want in a stay. Super helpful friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble. The whole property was beautifully decorated with sympathetic modern high-tech features. There is attention to details, and I loved the fredo chocolate with the coffee. Location was good with beach and bars and restaurants nearby. Have already recommended this property and would stay again when in Brighton.

Nice backstreet boozer in centre of town. Well run, clean, with a friendly, trendy bunch running it. Good ales/beers, normal no p**s taking prices. Menu looks good, haven't eaten but probably will do soon.
As a large group of around 20, we booked to stay here for my Hen, April 7-9th. However due to COVID, as like many, our plans were cancelled. I am absolutely gutted we cannot stay as planned, as are the whole group, but I just want to point out how great Jacqueline was during the lead up to our booking. She was great to talk to regarding worried about our stay being cancelled in the future etc. She kept us up to date with the rules and regs and where that left us at that time. Once it became clear that we couldn’t stay under the restrictions at our planned time, we were offered a full refund of our deposit. Jacquline was great and I would urge people to book for a break! She took all the stress away! X
We stayed at the White House last November for a short overnight trip - the place is sparkling clean and the staff are really friendly. Great location and quite comfortable - with a bit of sea view from your room!
Highlight of our stay was the breakfast - locally sourced and DELICIOUS!!
