I loved it here. I stayed in February 2020. The staff cannot do enough and are so polite. I think I was staying in one of their more expensive rooms. The top rooms are extremely well designed. All of the little extras are very thoughtful. The rain shower was simply divine as were the toiletries in the room. The one piece of feedback I would give is that breakfast could have been better. The breakfast I had was a little dry and a little too much budget hotel in terms of taste. I came needing a solid rest and a bit of pampering and this hotel really fit the bill.
