This property is situated at a very good location which has easy access to Cart road as well as Mall via their private lift. Hotel cleanliness is very good and well sanitised interiors. Helpful and professional staff sparing no efforts to assure us the best comfort during our stay.
Restaurant too bad . Ambience is noisy. Food is not tasty and upto mark. Its advisable to take nose plier for pizza cutting as base is too hard for anyone to bite with natural teeth.

Not at all good in terms of hospitality. If you need nay help then they will change you for everything unreasonably. The attitude of people is not at all good. Do not book it place. There are many good hotels in Shimla. Avoid Combermere
