Great Location, Luxurious and Courteous staff
Located just walking distance from the Mall Road a Major City attraction. Luxurious place with very courteous staff. Hotel has 2 kind of rooms: With a Valley View and With a “Garden View”. Garden is not actually a garden. It is an enclosed lobby with artificial grass and sitting areas, common among a line of several room without any partition. It is covered by and well lot artificial Sky view. Good place to hang out but makes u crave for Natural light after a day. Sitting area in the “Garden” is nice cozy place to hangout. Hotel has sufficient Parking area, which is a bit hassle during peak seasons in the City. Rooftop bar is cool but only Snacks are served. Food is good.
Amazing service. The staff is polite and trust worthy and provides better offers than other travel agencies in the town. It is located close to mall road. Food in the hotel is also good. Highly recommended.
The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy and are exceptionally good. The bathrooms are spacious and very well maintained. Staff is very polite and well trained. Food served by the hotel was very delicious and rich in quality, balcony view was amazing, Very homely feeling. The morning sunrise from windows is mesmerizing. Definitely will visit again and will recommend everyone for it
Nice place at top of hills at Mall Road Shimla. I went there to have some food and drinks. I visited there Sky Bar at the top of the hotel. Very nice place to hangout with friends and family. Food was also very good. One can enjoy the scenic beauty while having a good drink over here. Staffs were also very good and friendly. Service was also very fast and prompt.

The hotel is amazing and their staff was very helpful and quick with service. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping team for their efforts, you guys made this trip and my birthday more special. The birthday decoration for my room was beautiful. This hotel is perfect with its mesmerizing valley views from the room, amazing food and great location. It is on the outskirts of Shimla away from all the pollution and noise of the city which makes it the best pick for a peaceful quality time.
It was a fantastic experience overall.. The property is located near the mall Road and has amazing views from each room... The interiors are very modern and classy.. Staff is very friendly and cordial.. The restaurant too serves amazing food... Very satisfied overall...
We stayed at the snow valley resort for a couple of days and it was an amazing experience. The restaurant manager Mr. Rajkumar was very humble and polite with us during our stay. Everything was on time and he also arranged a small surprise for one of out family member's birthday.
The rooms were very elegant and neat. The view was amazing from there. The housekeeping and room service staff were very polite and took care of our needs right away.
In all it was a wonderful experience staying there and i would really recommend to all to consider the snow valley resort for your stay.
I booked a candle light dinner with my wife and it was beyond our expectation. My wife loved that place and whole experience. Awesome place and nice staff. If you want to book a special dinner for your partner, go for it.
This property is situated at a very good location which has easy access to Cart road as well as Mall via their private lift. Hotel cleanliness is very good and well sanitised interiors. Helpful and professional staff sparing no efforts to assure us the best comfort during our stay.

My only complain from the hotel was that they did not provide slippers and lack of elevator. Awesome place to stay. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Overall, I loved the hotel.
Nicely maintained Hotel with clean well maintained Beds have heated mattress and heater. . Bathrooms clean with sufficient water. All the staff members are very helpful and give a very good service.
It is close to mall road, a few minutes of down-hill walk, maybe one of the best located hotels in terms of closeness to mall road. However uphill climbing is a task for aged. If your taxi person doesn’t know the way OR if you are driving, it is quite a task to reach the Hotel. In any case you need to call hotel for navigation.
Food is very good and not expensive. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. Just beware of monkeys – keep your windows locked as well as stay away from them whilst going out. Power outages do occur, but then its an expectation.
It's a nice hotel property situated on mall road shimla. The location is very convenient and opposite to the lift lobby.
Normal size rooms are very small but the deluxe rooms are decent.
The rooms are very tidy and clean. The staff is also very warm and helpful.
Food is also very nice and not too expensive.
