I missed my ferry back to Ireland and needed a place to stay overnight and this hotel was in such a great location. About 5 minutes walk from the docks and right in the city centre so everything was walking distance. I paid about £27 so wasn’t expecting much as i only needed a bed for the night but it was very clean. Only downside was the room was a bit small but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to consider and would recommend to friends and family
Price was cheap and it was clean. Booked a room without a window so it felt like prison so I'll remember to book a room with a window next time. Basically did what it said on the tin really
Absolutely horrendous stay, avoid at all costs. Police called for one neighbouring room due to disturbance, then to top off the next room taking drugs....
If you want to stay in a crazy house hotel and not get any sleep this is your place!
To top it off promised a full refund by staff members, taken the money from my account, no manager call back to apologise.
I chased this up to be insulted with £20!
We've stayed in countless hotels but this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. 2 doors down we had a couple screaming in the corridors for 2 hours with the staff and security just watching on without actually doing anything. Then the room next door were taking drugs all night (visible from our bay window) when I called reception about the noise as the guy was high as a kite shouting his head off they asked him to keep the noise down - which obviously didn't work. They offered to swap us rooms at 4am to a freezing cold room 4 doors down on the same floor, great. This all started at 12:30am and went on till 5am and easy's manager didn't even call to apologise. When we called to ask them how they wanted to make it right the receptionist called back and offered us £20. Pretty poor if you ask me
Great central location! Super friendly and helpful reception.
Rooms very basic but considering the price, it's fair.
Didn't charge me extra for luggage storage like another easyhotel I've stayed at.
Note that wifi is not free.
