Incredible loud noise every four mornings from 6 to 9 -even on sundays. From cars cleaning the Streets and waste bins being changed. I said it in the reception and she did not care.
Also the Air conditioning did not Work and we said it in the reception many Times, nothing was done. And it was quite Hot in the rooms.
Really a shame, because I liked the Hotel. Great location.
Stayed here for a couple of days spoke to James who works there he was very helpful nice hotel good location I had a balcony room top marks
Lovely boutique hotel. Although next to noisy bars no noise can be heard in the rooms. Excellent location to enjoy Castle Street and shopping in Liverpool 1.
Check in was quick and very friendly. Car parking just around the corner and very safe secure parking. Plus a 30% discount voucher from the hotel. Our room 109 was beautiful and so clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything. We would stay here again. When we checked out reception looked after our luggage until we came back to collect. A great place to stay. Thank you.
Fantastic stay, can't find fault. Shower was great and the bed possibly too comfy
