I stayed at the Malmaison Liverpool branch for 4 nights and can honestly say that it was one of the best stays I've had in a longtime. The service was exceptional and the amenities were second to none. The staff were also extremely helpful in particular Jodie who helped to make the trip one of the best I've experienced while staying in the UK. The service she provided always came with a smile and her local knowledge helped us pack in the most during our time in Liverpool. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again 100%.
Lovely hotel in a fantastic near city centre location. Got a great deal on one of the Sunday night specials and enjoyed a really good meal in the in house Bistro. Whilst parking appears to be a bit of an issue it's not bad if you park just across the street in the Capital car park and have your ticket stamped at the Mal desk
Really great experience and friendly staff. Clean and decent hotel that does not disappoint. The Riverside room which was for my sister's looked so different in the picture, In person, it looked even better and bigger with everything you can ask for. I actually can't think of any improvement for the superior room and riverside.
We had the most amazing stay. The hotel is breathtaking, it was my birthday so my boyfriend had asked them to cover the bed in rose petals and leave a bottle or champagne which they did! Breakfast to the room as well which was delicious! Best hotel experience I have ever had!
Decent place. Staff lovely. Food in restaurant not the best but a good wine list saved the evening.
