The location is excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of of eating places that do takeaways.clean and comfortable hotel

Stellios and Martha (both at reception) are fantastic hosts. They are super professional, polite and very helpful. Always with a smile and ready to help. I loved my experience with Heeton Concept Hotel Liverpool from the minute I started making the booking on the phone. I definitely keep returning here and will happily and confidently recommend this place to my family and friends and any one else.

The staff and the manager all are very warm and helpful. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay. The location is also very nice and close to waterfront and besides metro station

I've been here just 1 week but I feel here like my new home. I want to thank all staff , especially to Kostas , for all their help and hospitality. And also many many thanks for my birthday organization to Kostas.

Amazing stelios is a pure gentleman and nothing is too much trouble for him he will always make sure that you have everything you need xx
