Can't fault this little hotel. Staff are excellent and can't do enough to make your stay pleasant and comfortable despite the ongoing pandemic. I stay here every time I'm in Liverpool

Very nice hotel. The service was great. Bought us water every night upon our request. Once the water was a bit late (we didn't mind) but they bought more up to compensate anyway! Would recommend

Superb location in the heart of Liverpool. Staff super friendly and top C19 procedures. Room a good size and comfortable. Didn't eat at the restaurant but looks a nice place to dine.

Great hotel in the centre. Very good breakfast and the guys in the bar know how to mix a cocktail!
