Had a lovely stay. rooms are spacious and bathrooms are really nice. breakfast, considering we are mid pandemic, was lovely. Did seem to depend on who you had as a server at the hot counter on how much you got given but what we did get was delicious. All staff were friendly and place was spotless. Actually, annoyed we still had to pay extra for a slot in the pool. Paying guests should have that service included. I understand the need to book it but 15.00 each for the pleasure on top of the room rate.
Staff were lovely , check in was super fast , room was absolutely lovely and the spa was amazing , Deffo coming back. Thank you guys
Mixed feelings about this place. Rooms are great - spacious and relatively clean. Spa facilities (partially closed due to Covid) also excellent. The staff are also good, friendly and helpful. The impression you get of the hotel is that it is a high quality place.
However, where it was a great disappointment was the food. Menu is extremely limited (due to the Covid climate we assumed) but the food leaves a lot to be desired. £28.50 for steak that came with onion rings (don't look home cooked either!), half a tomato and a small mushroom? I don't have an issue with the cost but the quality has to be as good!
Breakfast - offer of one small sandwich per person & then a selection of fruits etc given to you in a bag. No option of ordering from a menu. Definitely not what I expected really.
I'd suggest stay there, but choose elsewhere to eat.
Utterly superb in every way. Rooms: 10/10 and each time I've stayed here I've had a different room with a different quirk. Clean, tidy & interesting.
Restaurant: 10/10! World class chefs & menu. Also very clean & interesting.
Staff: 10/10 very helpful. From the maids to the concierge.... Can't do enough for you. Reception are alway eager to upgrade your room if possible. I absolutely love it here and would be perfectly happy to permanently live here
