small rooms but very cozy
Good location close to the city center, world ocean museum, river and parks. Renovated/refurbished building. Nice rooms, pretty basic, but with everything you need, clean and nice beds. Big hotel parking lot with EV charging stations. Nice breakfast at a reasonable price. Extremely helpful staff!
The bed is very narrow and the quality of sleep is not very good. Worst of all, I was forced to accept the administrative error of hotels, at the time of registration, I have already paid 11370 rubles. But when I was checking out, the staff told me that I still have to pay 360 rubles (because I ordered on the website, the cost on the website was 11,730 rubles). These are the hotel's own mistakes. They did not check carefully the amount. During check-out, I was not informed of the reason for this payment (360). I repeatedly asked the reason for the amount. It was extremely awful. Of course, I have to pay 360 rubles in accordance with a predetermined amount, but this is the hotel’s own mistake and did not explain the reasons immediately when I was asked to pay. I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel has only the name of an international brand, and the quality of service is worse. You should not expect the hotel, because it is a hotel with French skin and Russian skeleton.
The hotel leaves mixed impressions, slightly towards disappointment. Pros: rooms are clean, comfy beds, central location, decent noise isolation. Cons: almost no veg options at breakfast&lunch, didn’t like the interior of the room, view at the construction site, no kettle provided, washing cabin leaks.
Food is lovely. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Rooms are decent enough. Only issue is no rooms seem to have air conditioning that works. Fan is on but even on lowest temperature setting, the room doesn't get any cooler. Uncomfortable therefore if it's warm.
