The hotel is not 5 stars. I have never seen so many cobwebs. Many things require renovation. A distinctive and atmospheric hotel. Each number cannot be repeated. Gorgeous view. Very soulful. All liked it. The rest was irrelevant to me
Good standard, very clean, interiors are almost fancy. Brakefast not so good, but edible. Location in near-perfect location in city center. Guest-friendly service. Prices are affordable. Cost to quality ratio: satisfactory+.
Enjoyed staying here. The location is good and the spa made up for a rainy afternoon.
Out room was clean, tidy, and quiet.
Breakfast was busy but the buffet selection was good.
The restaurant opposite the entrance 'Да' is also worth a visit.
Very nice hotel, good price and most importantly very nice location. close to the center but a bit away so it is definitely calmer. staff nice and helpful. the stay was enjoyable. minus are poorly soundproofed rooms.
Very good 3* hotel. Breakfast is very very good. Omlet, porridge, pastry, cold buffet. Good vaiority of tea and espresso. Rooms are with very good bathroom. Towels being changed every day. But this is 3*. Don't expect a lot from rooms. Also no elevators and it was a bit difficult for me to get 3d floor by staircase.
Definitely not 4 stars. Rooms are OK. Had mixed feelings about the bathroom - spacious with heated floor and bath, but shower head was broken and sewer pipe was "singing" day and night whenever upstair neighbors would flush the water.
Quite good hotel, service is able speaking english and quite helpful for me. The hotel is clean with cozy rooms: fridge included, fair, modern furniture and such a pretty bathroom. Another advantage is the oppurtunity to park in the parking house. It is in the middle of the centrum, under 5 minutes footwalk to the supermarket, shopping malls or restaurants..Highly recommended!
Very cosy and athmosperhic hotel on the lake shore. Great advantage - spa Poseidon with hot outdoor jacuzzi just 3 min walk. All sightseeing are in walk distance. Amber museum 5 min walk. Highly recommend!
10 minutes from the city center by taxi, 30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes on foot to the Royal Gate. Nearby there is a supermarket. A combination of hotel (2-3 floors, 3rd-lift), spa and children's entertainment center, including a trampoline. For guests staying in the spa center is free from 10 to 15:00, after that - with a discount (700 rubles). The spa is excellent: small pool, part of it is open air; Finnish and Russian baths (you can buy a broom or pay for a steam bath), a hamam, a warm relaxation room with Altai herbs. Discounts to the trampoline center. Breakfast 300 rubles, in two parts: porridge or croissant + scrambled eggs / pie / pancakes / cheesecakes. Slicing, tea / coffee. Sometimes the service isn't fast. The room itself is a little tired, which does not spoil the experience. Soundproofing is poor as long as not all rooms are occupied, no problem. The mattress is very hard, we were uncomfortable. Nearby there is a fenced area (workshops?), Sometimes in the morning, dogs barked / howled nervously. In general, in terms of price / quality ratio, especially with children, it is very decent.
wonderful hotel, nice and clean room. there are good staff. we liked the restaurant on the terrace, there is very tasty food, you can order it in your room. there is a pool, not very large, the depth is about 1.6 m. There are hair dryers and showers, everything is very decent. we did not go to the spa
