Just excellent great help we received for our medical emergency after eating at a local restaurant

Nice hotel and cooperative staff. For whatever reason, the room got very hot at night and playing the thermostat did little. Location is excellent!

We were supposed to be upgraded, but the room had a window facing the corridor so we had to close the curtain all the time. It is a historical building restored, but the lobby and many parts of the hotel is new. Staffs are nice and room clean. Location convenient.

Excellent service by the front desk staff(Carlos & the other gentleman whose name I can't recall). Got our rooms ready a few hours before the check in time. Good location in walking distance from the major sights in Granada.
