Hotel main floor reception is under construction so you have to walk down unmarked hall and find the lift. Reception is on floor 1. It's a little confusing.
Other than that the staff and room were very nice. Wonderful views of city!! Would definitely book here again.
This place was impeccably clean & excellent location . That’s where it ended . I was enroute a day early to Granada I booked for that day but for some reason the date kept defaulting to Jan 19 . I did however see the price for the current day which is what I wanted . When I arrived even though there was clearly empty rooms they weren’t very accommodating and took advantage of my misfortune and jacked up the price by 35 Euros . I tried to reason with them explaining my predicament but fell on deaf ears . Scammers
Excellent stay in this hotel we enjoyed our time here very much, although they are having extensive alterations which meant that we couldn't have breakfast on site, but free coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is superbly situated for all of the main points of interest and on the foot route to the Alhambra palace. We would like to thank all the staff members, with a special mention to the gentleman on reception duty on the day we arrived who took the time and trouble to accompany us to the car park. Outstanding sevice.
Location is great: minutes from the Alhambra, restaurants and bars, and shops. Service was good: staff friendly and willing to answer questions. Our 2 rooms did not have a proper double bed.
We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and our top-floor room had amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.
