Parking is restricted if you have a trailer or higher vehicle.
The facilities are excellent, clean and very functional.
We had some issues with receptionist. Keys issued didn't work. No idea about parking facilities. Friendly young lady but...poorly trained. Friendly, but stressed, probably new, needed more assistance from the team. Management issue.Yes, I would stay again. Have to travel to restaurants.

Rooms were very clean. Building is new so no complaints there. At the time of stay there was no room service cleans on Sunday.
I stayed there for work due to the vicinity being close to my worksite. If you like to go for a nice feed you have to jump on their courtesy bus and they will drive you to one of there preferred restaurants. If you want to walk to a restaurant you might want to put on your walking boots as there is not a great deal of restaurants close to the hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't praise the staff enough and they made an enjoyable stay that much better.
I was located in a studio room which had no laundry facilities. In saying that Quest Robina catered for laundry by providing a laundrymat on ground level and even provided me with free laundry detergent at reception.
Huge kudos to Quest Robina staff and for that I give the hotel 5 stars.
Very clean & new. Close to Rabina shopping centre and very quiet considering next to train station
