After an initial confusion in the booking process, it was sorted out very quickly and without hassle. Check in was a breeze and was in and out within minutes, which was one of the quickest I have experienced.
Fortunately for us we got an upgrade that afforded us great views over Broadbeach. Apartment was nice and modern and apart from some wear and tear in areas, the place was very good.
One thing that we would've liked was a few more pillow options. They all seemed to be on the large/bulky size rather that flat. Beds themselves were nice though.
Overall, enjoyable stay.
I would like to start with the Staff, they were very rude, actually what happened was we booked in for 3 nights and requested for late checkout. So, we were in our room and around 11:40am they said we need to checkout before 12pm or they gonna charge us extra $50.. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is not good at all and the way receptionist communicated with us was way too rude. As a guest we expect quality service since we went there by checking the reviews.. worst place ever
I just want to say a BIG thank you to Ben who helped with my reservation and making things special for our staycation. We managed to get a room on the 34th floor overlooking the ocean which was amazing!! Great customer service will definitely book to stay at Avani in the future
Stayed here for the weekend with my family in a standard 2 bedroom apartment on arrival we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom premium ocean view the receptionist lady that helped us was very helpful in every way would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free stay
