Attractive Spanish country style apartments, very centrally located

The only downside was the person who attended us on our arrival. We had warned that we would arrive "between 5 and 6 in the afternoon" from 4:15 pm we were trying to contact to specify the arrival time since we would finally arrive at 5.
The phone was off until 5:45 and there was no one there.
When he finally answered the phone he gave us the door code and we were able to enter.
He did not even apologize for the long wait in the street and with the bags after having been 6 hours of travel.
The next day we met again and he didn't even look up from the papers he was reading when we passed by him to go outside.
