A great place to stay! Warm and comfortable with modern decor, great for hosting a large crew of people! Couldn’t have asked for more. It’s central to most things in town and only a 5 min walk from Brighton station.

We stayed at the Railworks 2 for a 30th birthday and would highly recommend the property. It was a great location, and being dog friendly made it the perfect choice for our group of 15. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would need, and the hot tub was a great addition. Tam was great in responding from the very beginning and was very flexible with check in/check out. We would also recommend the affiliated chefs - we used Jess the breakfast chef and Carlos the Mexican chef and were very impressed with the food quality and value of both. Thanks again for a great stay and I’m sure we will be back!
My friends and I spent 4 days at Railworks 2 over the New Years Eve period. The 30 of us had an unbelievable experience and loved staying here. Good room sizes and a huge communal space downstairs for us all to share the special occasion. Tamara was excellent throughout the week making sure everything was okay - she also had someone come out in 30 minutes to fix a broken handle we had in the flat, great service - Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my 30th birthday celebrations and what a weekend it was.
The house is faultless and is beyond perfect for a large group. Such a great space for big celebrations and the bathrooms are beautiful.
Tam was great from start to finish, she always replied straight away and was super helpful with all of the planning prep required.
We will most definitely be back.
