Customer service was brilliant. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating before and during my stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again
Both the man who greeted us and the man who served us were absolutely lovely! They were very welcoming and attentive! Would stay again. Room was great and they have good covid measures in place!
So we booked here for the first night out of lockdown just to get away for the night. Loved it ,,,,, the owner was the nicest man . The room was lovely. So clean. The lady who cooked breakfast was a real sweet lady to. Breakfast was excellent, WiFi is amazing. Drinks in the bar were not overpriced,,,, when we need to get away again we will definitely be booking here.
A really good place to stay with a most excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
Lying, shyster of an owner.
Noisy, unclean rooms that smelled.
Booked a two person room. Only one of us was able to go due to the other having a fever; being covid aware the one decided to stay home in case it was covid instead of just a fever.
When trying to switch rooms from a two person to a single. The owner said there were no other rooms and he was losing business because he had to hold the 2 person room.——I checked multiple times throughout the weekend up until the arrival and there were plenty of rooms to book. He also lied about what the one in our party said when the other spoke to him on the phone.
Informed him the reason was due to potential covid and we wanted to keep the other employees/guests safe. The owner refused to refund the difference in room price. I told him if that’s how he treats his guests, especially during a pandemic, his behavior is deplorable.
He told me I was threatening him with a bad review. A bad review isn’t a threat. It’s a reflection of a business and how it’s operated. A threat would be “refund my money or we’ll cough all over your rooms/employees.”
Very unpleasant stay/management.
