The staff were really lovely. The hotel is in the middle of brighton and essential for all needs. Cannot wait to stay again. The room was very welcoming and equipped with everything you need for self catering. My husband was happy as he had the sky sports channel. In one word Brillant.
The place it's well located in central Brighton.
Clean and smart. The corridor central heating it's completely unnecessary with the level of heat . Very hot.
Note for what I think is the duty manager. Rudeness and and unprofessional manners are not accepted just because you are manager. Guest are paying for your salary and you should respect that. Just one simple example when speaking whit one of your guests introduce your self by name and post..
