We stayed here in February for my Birthday, we had room 11 which was a few flights of stairs up, nice partial view of the sea and the sea air is nice and refreshing. Brighton as a whole is lovely and this is reflected well in this hotel, staff are great, service is great as if you need anything you can just call or text the number they give you and you tend to get a reply quickly. Bathroom was nice, microwave was good, plates and cutlery were decent too. Bed itself was comfy but my only complain would be that the pillows were very very hard and lumpy so had to do some swapping around to get comfy. Overall had an amazing experience here.
I stayed here during my time in Brighton. It was the perfect place to relax, and is located in a very convenient area! The rooms are equipped with a lot of technology. This is excellent for some, yet can be challenging for others who are not great with technology. If you experience any issues, just contact the staff and they'll assist. The room I stayed in had amazing decor and an extremely comfortable bed!
Management changed my booking without telling me. Side note: I do not recommend for summer months. The ventilation in these rooms is terrible, there’s no air conditioning, and they supply a tiny little fan to push the hot air around. Managements response was that summer time is hot and she’s hot at home too.
