Reviews from visitors:
We stayed in the junior suite with city views. Tbh This room is SO HIGHLY overpriced and disappointing and thus expected a lot more. (£289!!! Looks better in the photos!) The pillows were too hard, the extractor fans didn't work, the wash basin (plastic!!) had very low water pressure, the sound from outside kept us awake as one window was not very sound proof and also didn't have a curtain (just a blind). It wasn't overly clean as there were bits on the carpet that were missed when hoovering. (Needs a new carpet too as it's grubby) Also the bathroom wasn't private at all with frosted glass, and lacks any shelves to put toiletry bags. Look elsewhere when booking a hotel in Brighton as there is a lot of choice. On the plus side the location is good and staff are friendly but it's not enough for me to ever want to stay here again. I've stayed in many hotels and have never felt so ripped off. Premier Inn is of a better standard and quality and at a much cheaper rate.
Amazing room and friendly and helpful staff.
Perfect location for shopping and eating
Extra special for myself and partner as we got engaged on our stay and celebrated my 48th birthday.
Would highly recommend
Will be going back for honeymoon
Hopefully visit before as not getting married for at least 4 years.
This hotel is hardly 3 star let alone 4
Another VERY tired Brighton dump. With VERY tired pink everything decor.
Only 3 rooms have baths?!, so forget that luxury soak in the suds; the rest have showers. Generally the interior of the rooms are bland. Skimping on things like soap bottle sizes (you know the bottles that have 3 drops and it's empty).
Amenities: WHAT amenities?, more like. All food closed except breakfast in your room for £15pp for banana bread, muslie and a juice!!
It's also ridiculously priced for what you get.
Hate feeling ripped off!!!
The staff however are super.
Ok hotel, a bit plastic and too funky, but clean and a good location.
A lovely hotel. Corridors near lifts always looked like they needed a good tidy up. Very helpful staff as we moved rooms due to being near a pub... Too noisy room 299. Moved to 373 which was much quieter.
