We absolutely LOVED the hotel! Staff was super friendly, everything with modern and very clean, the food was fantastic and location amazing. Would 100% stay here again! Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner. Well located, very close to Gornergrad train station. Only little issue is the mediocre soundproofing of the rooms if you have noisy neighbours.
Stone-throwing distance from the train station and the market area, within reach of the old town and shopping district of the city.
Gorgeous Swiss chalet styled house with traditional interiors, nice views from the rooms, option for spa, great continental breakfast buffet and friendly welcoming staff. Truly worth the price.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great dinner. Especially Ana with her attentive service made our dinner even more charming. We'd really recommend this place.
Great place..lovely breakfast. Reception staff can be a bit friendlier but that fine. Staff in the breakfast time are gem..really guest friendly and accommodating.
