I stayed 1w in Jan 2020. First of all, let me say the hotel is extremely stylish and has wonderful common areas and SPA. The breakfast cannot be faulted in terms of quality, variety and quantity. The staff were also generally professional, including the family, although one reception girl made me feel as if I was deliberately trying to be difficult (see below).
Unfortunately, I had some significant issues with noise coming from other rooms. The "ordinary" rooms (the suites are in a different building so cannot comment) are built around the elevator, making it very easy for noises from different floors to travel. It was such a shame to be in such a nice place and being woken up at 7am by neighbours slamming doors. The building is a recent one but it appears that the project was geared more towards aesthetics at the expense of sound blocking. The staff gave me a quieter room, but there were still some issues (although it was an improvement).
Overall, if you don't mind some noise and like the design, I would still recommend it. Just beware if you are looking for somewhere silent because it is definetely not.
Beautiful hotel! I’ll definitely be back! The breakfast buffet was elaborate and delicious! The room was gorgeous with a view of the Matterhorn! The service was great and the staff super friendly! We enjoyed a very sweet and lovely atmosphere here! The hotel is very well situated and everything is in comfortable walking distance! Only two drawbacks: only small mobile air conditioning(could get hot in summer) and no in-house restaurant. Nevertheless, very beautiful and lovely hotel!!! We had a wonderful time here!
I used the spa area as a non-resident and was very happy with the experience. The included hammam was an especially nice experience. The outdoor jacuzzi could be hotter, otherwise the amenities were great

A beautiful hotel with nice owner's just 5 minutes walk to the cabine and 7 minutes walk to the center thank you very much for the warm welcome
This stay is during Autumn 2019 (right before many hotels in Zermatt will close before reopen for ski seasons).
Hotel staff is excellent (friendly, helpful and accommodating), room is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Matterhorn view is amazing from the apartment (and directly from the nice comfy bed) and other parts of the hotel, e.g. dining area, outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and food materials are of good quality.
Note this hotel is located in the quieter area hence not super close to other restaurants etc. It's a 10 to 15mins walk from the train station, I just did the walk, but I think the hotel has pick up/drop off services for checking in and out with luggages.
