Not worth the money. Only 20% of the staff know what they're doing. Very odd design/furniture where there is never enough room for anything. Plus taxi service in Zermatt controlled by some eastern mafia guys - bwah.
We stayed at the Cervo for two nights last week and it was the perfect getaway. The new look of the hotel, rooms and restaurants harmonise really well. The NOMAD M double room is set up beautifully and the minibar is incredibly cool with all the special things I have never seen in another hotel. Thank you for everything!
