Very beautiful apartments at a great location. We rented two apartments for a group of 14 people (6 and 8). Simply never use the kitchen! On two different days the fire detector on both apartments went off (one on each apartment on each day)despite the use of the smoke outlet in at least one apartment and simply for cooking eggs and toast. Although this would have been a case to be discussed through our insurances, the hotel charged a large amount of money (CHF 1500) from our credit card without our consent or previous knowledge. Unacceptable!
Super nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Especially the restaurant we want to highlight. Great food and nice atmosphere inside and outside.

Nice atmo, very friendly staff. Expensive as everything here... Room heating was a bit too much, could not be turned down. Bonus points as you can reach the hotel by ski from Gornergrat.
Wonderful hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and each was better than the one before. Breakfast is free and there are many items to choose from. They also will cook omelets and other eggs upon request. Their customer service is excellent. We had lost our luggage and they were very helpful in calling and checking up on it. They spoke pretty good English for it being their second language. On top of all this, they have a majestic view of the Matterhorn. There is a wellness center with hot tub and sauna. There is a fitness center with a few items. I would recommend this hotel and we plan on coming back again!
