Great place a bit outside of the main street, which for me was a highlight for its calm. Great staff and very lovely it was my birthday and they wrote me a postcard, something definitely heart warming. Completely adviced!! Deco, lounge and resto perfect! About the spa is essential, good, maybe I'd suggest a bit of a schedule for kids entrance. For the rest just lovely and comfy! Super recommended!
We had a wonderful time in this charming hotel, we spent a full week feeling like at home. The personnel is among the kindest we have ever met, and we want to thank every single one of them, especially Clemens, who provided great recommandations and excellent service. Hope to visit again soon!
Great place, amazing restaurant menu, professional staff
Our stay at the Europe Hotel & Spa was wonderful. The check in and out staff were very kind and accommodating. We stayed in the Panorama Suite and it was beautifully decorated and comfortable with a terrace view of the Matterhorn. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel and Zermatt.
Fantastic hotel that embodies everything I wanted in a Swiss chalet hotel experience. Zermatt is great and Europe Hotel only compliments the town further. The design double room was worth the upgrade. Two large wardrobes, small couch facing the windows, large balcony, and large bathroom with great shower and double faucet large sink. The bed was comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The hotel picked us up at the train station and dropped us back off. We received great service in the restaurant, which I highly recommend. The food was fine dining, not expected, but appreciated!
