The room has a really nice cosy design with really thoughtful partition of space and design. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is as well pet friendly which situated in a good location. I would really come back and highly recommend this hotel.
We visited Restaurant Julen as we wanted to try their dishes featuring local blacknose breed of lamb. We weren't disappointed! Special table was set for us as we told them it was a birthday celebration. We ordered lamb tongue, which we never tried before; and lamb shank. Both were VERY GOOD, very flavorful. Guido, our excellent guide for the dining experience, recommended a bottle of wine that paired perfectly with both dishes. It was a most amazing night. We will definitely come back.
Wonderful place and excellent service. No need to comment on the ski resort as such as it is splendid.
We had an excellent dinner at the hotel's main restaurant (we were staying at the Alpenhof, which is a sister hotel). The food was delicious and faultless, however, what stood out most was the exceptional service provided by all of the staff, Gabriella in particular. The owner himself was at the entrance welcoming and chatting, and then later on went around all the tables, making sure everything is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Great place. Very friendly and obliging. Quality and freshness are incredible.
