Amazing hotel with a great view on the Matterhorn. Nice suites with big windows ensure to have a great view at all times. The best thing about this place however is the staff.. They really go above and beyond and made sure we have every single thing one could wish for!
Absolutely a magical moment staying at this beautiful hotel. We were greeted by wonderful staff and welcomed by complimentary drinks. A nice gesture from the hotel management to have their staff giving us a quick tour of the hotel and showed us the way to our room. In addition, it was easy to arrange free shuttles from/to train station, we had our own private driver. The wellness was something not to be missed too, from sauna, steambath and an outdoor jacuzzi pool. Breakfast was great and nice cappuccino too. It was definitely 10/10 full perfect score experience. Thanks to all the staff that made our anniversary weekend getaway so memorable!
