This is one of the best value for money hotels we stayed at in Switzerland. It's not right in the center of Zermatt, which is a big plus in our mind, but there's an elevator that takes you down to the center within seconds. It has breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and is very peaceful and quiet. We got a really spacious and clean room and the breakfast was nice. The spa was great, with a jacuzzi, heated pool and hot and wet sauna. Best part about this hotel - the amazing staff! They helped us with everything we needed, including restaurant recommendations and hiking trails tips. They even booked us an electric cab to go to the station early and packed us sandwiches for the road! Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here many year ago and had a amazing time, very friendly Staff ! I liked upon arrival the tunnel / cave that took u to the elevator up to the Hotel. Great view of the Matterhorn from our room and enjoyed the patio deck with a couple of Biers Good location and views just steps from the front of this Hotel were amazing !

We had a great time in this hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect. You get to watch the Matherhorn from your room. probably the only hotel you get such views in an entire city.... Staff are very helpful. We got a ride from and to the Zermatt station. Make sure to give them a call in advance and they will schedule it.... Overall experience was great and we recommend staying at this hotel again :-)

We were met at the rail station by hotel's electric taxi with a warm welcome which continued throughout our stay. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were more friendly. The evening meal we had was excellent as were the breakfasts. My wife particularly enjoyed the hotel pool. The hotel was in easy reach of Zermatt centre but away from the noise.
