Very friendly staff and delicious food. Definitely worth a visit! Leave room for the delicious apricot cake :)
Food was OK but not really superb as the reviews and Gault Millau stars suggest. Their homemade "Spätzli" did not have any salt - their french fries had some fries that were 100% black and do not belong in food presented to clients. Their cordon bleu is very good - but not exceptional.
Overall, it is hard to say that the expensive price tag can be justified overall for the experience. Dont get me wrong - the food was still good and certain parts definitely very good. But it does not meet the hype and the prices are salty.

Nice outdoor seating area with uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn.They serve a tasty home made lemonade they call "Sprite".
Nice drinks, delicious deserts! Given the high number of staff I had expected better service. The serving personnel did not seem to be able to take enough time. They were rushing it.
Veal Cordon blue was very good size, but chf 49 without any vegies is overpriced, but I guess chf 49 might include the zermatt premium
