Useless front desk did not answer on a dining reservation for 5 people, then in a follow-up call I made tell me " When did you send an email ? well we are sorry but we're fully booked for tonight"

We spent two wonderful days at Crevo in Zermatt. The journey, the transfer from the train station to the hotel and the check-in went flawlessly and very uncomplicated.
In the evening we explored the new Mountain Ashram Spa and were absolutely thrilled with the spa. There was nothing missing, nuts, fruits, tea, juices, steam bath, sauna, pool, tea room, etc. Everything was very stylish and furnished with an eye for detail.
In the evening we ate in the new Bazaar Restaurant. The food was completely vegetarian. It tasted great and I would recommend it to anyone. The next morning we enjoyed the regional and very large breakfast buffet in the bazaar. There was nothing left to be desired.
We were enthusiastic about the credo from A to Z and we will definitely go against it. :)
