Hotel booked and pre-paid longtime in advance but nobody was there when we arrived. After waiting 15min for the staff to arrive, they told us that our room was already occupied. They kindly suggested another hotel a quick 10seconds walk down the street so we eventually got roof over our heads but still lost 2 hours of the day to sort the housing out...
Breakfast staff is FANTASTIC but it's not a 5 star hotel. Noone was there when we arrived. We had to call the number and wait 15 min for someone who didn't seem very welcoming to show up.
Many things broken in the appartment dusty or really "used" and warn out. I give 3 stars only because the breakfast staff was so nice and helpful providing us with good information and great breakfast.
A fantastic place. We visited late April so it wasn't very busy. The staff are fantastic...couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was made special everyday and so much of it. All delicious. I cannot rate this place highly enough.
Excellent staff, clean and luxerious hotel with a wonderful view (make sure to get a room with ocean view!). Perfect distance to city centre - close enough to walk, far enough to escape the crowds at nighttime. Breakfast was a well balanced buffet; not too much, not too little. The pool is about 6x5 meters so dont expect long distance swimming.
We booked this hotel but no one was there. All the rooms were empty and they had renovation works going on. We called the hotel but no one answered. After an hour we called again and the guy said the hotel is not ready yet but we can go to another hotel (which was not the same standard at all)!!!! No information infront is a no go!
