We stayed at the snow valley resort for a couple of days and it was an amazing experience. The restaurant manager Mr. Rajkumar was very humble and polite with us during our stay. Everything was on time and he also arranged a small surprise for one of out family member's birthday.
The rooms were very elegant and neat. The view was amazing from there. The housekeeping and room service staff were very polite and took care of our needs right away.
In all it was a wonderful experience staying there and i would really recommend to all to consider the snow valley resort for your stay.
Nice hotel, clean rooms, good staff, awesome view outside window, my stay was comfortable but I find it bit expensive comparing to room as it were small and they don't have balcony attached, so it feels bit closed inside. One more thing to mention is they booked a cab for me which was so dirty and smelling that almost unbearable. We ask hotel to book cab because we expect them to take care of these little things.
Had stayed here for two days.The location is on the highway and is little far from the main city centre. We had taken mountain view rooms and the scenic view of the hills from the room and terrace was awesome. The rooms has all the amenities, clean and well maintained.The staffs are polite. Parking space is available.They have delicious buffet breakfast and dinner with great spread. Enjoyed the stay and will visit again.
The hotel is good, it has good food, superior rooms have great view too.

There are 2 major problems.
1. If you want to visit any place before their breakfast time, they don't provide early breakfast, they pack a single sandwich, a banana and 2 muffins, they pack all these a night before, just imagine they packed all these overnight in -5°C how hard will become to eat? We told we don't want Banana or muffins instead give extra sandwiches, they agreed and in the morning they didn't provide them, Simply told they forgot and now they can provide anything as the kitchen is closed.
2. Other problems is for Cab / Taxi drivers, they treat them like dogs, If you bring personal car they will give parking, if you bring Cab / taxi they will not give parking else they will say wait till 10PM, first priority will be given to Private car, if there is space then they will give space to taxi. Why so much differentiation? Only near by people can bring car what about far ones, they will have to choose cabs. To cab drivers they don't give place to sleep, they have to sleep on roadside in car, can you imagine anyone sleeping on road in -5°C? nor they provide bathing or loo facilities, drivers have to go out min 5-7 km for loo.
Overall it's good. If you're travelling with kids, would totally recommend as they can have fun in the play room. The only thing is that it's far from the tourist spots like mall road.. about the food, it's average.
