Amazing service. The staff is polite and trust worthy and provides better offers than other travel agencies in the town. It is located close to mall road. Food in the hotel is also good. Highly recommended.
Located at the start of mall road shimla near to sbi bank branch. Has beautiful spacious rooms with wooden flooring. I would suggest try and negotiate the prices of the rooms at the reception to get a good deal if you're visiting in the off season since in season room prices offline and online are extremely high.
This is budget hotel with a boutique bungalow feeling. The thatched sloping roof, the wooden floors of the lounge and dinning space, some retro fittings etc. have maintained the colonial era styling. The valley view rooms are moderately spacious and the furniture and fittings are in good shape. Room heaters are available on extra cost amounting to Rs.300 per day. The food is good, specially the Chinese menu and serving portions are sufficient i.e. one plate of rice or noodles, dal or vegetable curry is sufficient for two.
The location of the hotel is just at the start of the mall road till which all vehicles are allowed to ply. It is a 10-12 minutes walk from Shimla railway station through winding shortcut roads on the rising slope. The locality houses many government offices and the street in front is a busy thoroughfare and sufficiently illuminated. An adjacent hotel called hotel Prakash houses the India Coffee House franchise. There are many eateries available behind the hotel in a narrower road. The famous Shimla Kalibari is also a short slope above towards the mall and the Ramakrishna Mission is only 250m on the other way. The check-out time is 12.00 noon and they have cloak room and toilet for non-boarders.

We were here during the New Years Eve. The valley view rooms are very cold infact the heaters doesn't makes the room warm. Otherwise clean, hygenic, well maintained rooms. Food is good.
