Visited this hotel second time. Staff is very generous and food tastes awesome.. u need not to go out if you are staying here. Rooms arre spacious depends upon your choice..but a bit pricey... Overall it's a value for money deal to stay here with family and friends
Excellent because their room service, food, clean room, hot water, no cost of drinking water, polite staff, bit pricing but overall pesa Vasool. They will give you picking and dropping too if you’ll pay for it. Whenever visit shimla do book this hotel.
I booked 1 super delux room and 1 delux room in this hotel through MakeMyTrip portal.. I reached at hotel around 8 pm and we are 6 people which I already informed to hotel and makemytrip but I didn't mentioned about 1.5 yrs old baby girl so when I reached they are denying the entry of that girl as I had not mentioned about her at the time of booking and one room was vacant in the hotel. so they forced me to book one more room just for that 1.5 baby girl.. then I asked about the refund they stirctly denied as they don't have policy to refund.. I was with my family so I had no other option at that time so I just booked one more room and hotel owner was there and he was in attitude and he was saying no body can impact his hotel reputation as hotel already had 4+ rating.. such a worst experience with this hotel. I will never prefer this to anybody in my life.
Good hotel to stay...cordial staff ..food is tasty but lil expensive
