Very nice place, not from the sea.
Arrived looking for a nice place to stay. Upon arrival we walked in to our room to find two single beds even though we had paid for a double room. We also looked around the room and found a fluro yellow dirty g-string that was left next to the couch. We requested for it to be cleaned up and the staff gave us a filthy look. The woman then started to get angry towards me for asking to have everything cleaned. We went to have a shower and the shower hose was broken, so we tried having a bath, but a normal person could not have fit without being a professional acrobat, as my knees were behind my head.
The food was terrible and we found a caterpillar crawling over our lettuce in our salad (not the dressing I was looking for). The pasta was a seafood dish which was not labeled correctly and could've been a disaster for people who are allergic.
Very very poor service and this place should be rated as a 1 star not a 3.5.
Hotel look like 40 years ago. Big and ugly. Only good thing is great position near one of the best beach in Pula - Lungo mare.
Old school Hotel, near the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Food is good. In any case, cheap and decent accommodation.
