It definitely needs an upgrade. I cannot imagine a hotel without an AC, summer is extremely hot in Istria so it was a difficult for me to sleep with no cooling system. Bathtub looked really old. Terrace is amazing, but it is more enjoyable if you have a sea view. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff mostly overworked and not very friendly. The restaurants are also average. The price is quite high if you take in consideration all these points that lack in quality. Unless they give an extensive upgrade, I would not stay longer than 1 night.
Spirit of comunism and Tito is still here. Rooms maybe need AC and some improvements at bathroom. Understand that you want to be authentic but need to invest something.
Nice, but needs upgrade .... No AC, room door are without isolation, floor screaming while walking in room... Terrace is wonderful, bed excellent.... Breakfast should be better...
After waiting for 30 minutes for free table, ther is nothing to order from the menu!!!! If you visit beatuful Brijuni go to Fazana for dinner!!!
A bit outdated but clean. We skipped the restaurant as it didn’t look promising.
