Beautiful hotel. It’s hard to decide where to stay in Montreal with so many great hotels, but this one is perfect if you like a classic, older hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff was very nice.
Very poor service, I would definitely not put a 5 stars on that one. From the time I took the appointment to the moment I paid where they charged me twice (granted everybody makes a mistake) but arguing with me that is what my bank and not them. Everybody pays for their mistakes and since they didn't do much about it especially the manager where he didn't give me space to talk but kept cutting my speech I would not recommand this place to anybody, sad to say.
Not the best spa service I went with my friend for a spa massage and be careful they vharge twice on your card and pretend as if it's not a big deal.
Absolutely perfect. We've have been guests for more than 7 years and it never disappoints even though the neighborhood has changed so much.
Also, posting a review about forgetting something doesn't help anyone. Grow up.
