The most amazing, polite & helpful staff. phenomenal customer service! In the middle of the pandemic when everywhere you go staff says "sorry we cant!" these people were so helpful with our requests. the location is amazing. Rooms are so beautiful with high ceilings that it feels like you are at home and not in a hotel. Will defiantly come back again!
Such a beautiful room! Stayed in the penthouse suite, and everything was absolutely lovely. Must visit again sometime! It was very romantic and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed myself a bit of tv while soaking in the tub. The only concern I had was the shower, the pressure from the shower head was not the best but the rainfall was great.
Respectful staff and exceptional service. The rooms are all very clean and provide a wonderful ambience and comfort. I have been visiting Montreal consistently for over five years and this is my hotel of choice everytime.
Very disappointed. I got the junior suite valentines package and I noticed there was a dirty mark on the toilet, I called the receptionist she was really nice offered someone to come however he only came like an hour and a half after that while I was getting ready to shower for dinner so we had told him forget it because the timing was not right. We had went to dinner at night and got sick from it I had thought just me but my boyfriend too. At night we wanted to use the jacuzzi it made such a loud sound the buttons weren’t working so we turned it off then at one point the jets turned on alone and we couldn’t take them off for 15-20 minutes because the buttons weren’t functioning. Most of the glasses in our room were dirty with white stains I had drank my wine out of a water bottle then they had asked what time we wanted breakfast I had told them 10:30 I got it close to 11. Only one of us had a hard boiled egg that was all cracked with peels coming off as if it fell and was rolled on the floor. I really wanted to treat my boyfriend to a good Valentine’s Day and I thought I would at the price I paid but there was too many things wrong and we didn’t enjoy the place enough to ever go back. I emailed them with my concerns they didn’t even have the audacity to write me back. If you’re going to spend your money on a hotel, there’s plenty in Montreal and I really don’t recommend this one.
We loved this hotel. It’s located pretty much across Notre Dame Cathedral, you can walk around all old Montréal from there, Rue St Paul, Old Port and it’s also walkable to downtown if you don’t mind walking.
Nice rooftop Bar/Restaurant. Brasserie 701 restaurante is good as well.
Staff is extremely friendly.
The room is good, comfortable bed, pillows and the best part is the shower. It’s literally the best shower I’ve ever had.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
It’s not a good time to visit though, not much happening, tourist attractions are closed, including Notre Dame Cathedral. But we had a good time anyways.
