Clean, cozy and friendly. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Upon booking, all my pandemic-related questions were answered and I ended up with an upgraded suite in thanks for coming during this difficult time. Location is nothing short of fantastic with a cute balcony overlooking the park and back patio great for eating and drinking. With Mont Royal to the north and the address on Rachel Street, there are tons of great spots to try new food and shop. Facilities were useful and my room was quiet, bright and peaceful. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend doing so.

Beautiful location on the park, friendly helpful staff, and good hygiene and social distancing procedures. Proactive and helpful communications before and during my trip. Nice to be able to open the windows in a hotel room. Thanks for a great stay!
