Took a little time off to relax here.
Had the deluxe suite , jacuzzi, king size bed, living room, kitchen.
All was fabulous, clean, will definitely return
Ordered vegan sushi from momo sushi 2 minute walk from hotel , EXCELLENT choice.
The place was nice, warm welcome and good service. There was a smell of cannabis in the hall but aside of that, great place.
Very nice and affordable hotel. Decor was very nicely put together and rooms were clean and spacious. Very well priced for the area. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant downstairs but it smelled delightful. I will definitely stay here again!
So incredibly comfortable and cozy (while also being magnificently luxurious), I felt like I had escaped to another continent on my little Montreal stay-cation! Fantastic customer service, and every possible thing I could think of was already available in the suite.
I will happily book again!!!
So we wanted to get away for 1 night. I have to say, the place is spotless, ridiculously clean & spotless. Service is very good. Always helpful. The issues that I have are as follows. This place is extremely overpriced. I mean the room that I was in is over $400, we got a deal a $250. The room was great (don't get me wrong). Ample space, clean, stove, espresso machine, washroom was huge. Again, super clean. The bed was very comfortable, even the pillows.
But the TV has to go. They use a local tv provider (Videotron Illico), approx. 30 channels, maybe 20 of them are in French. Not that I have anything against French, but if you want to cater to people from out of town, it's not good. They don't even have Netflix as on option.
It would make more sense to cancel the TV, and charge everyone $100 and the get a Google Chromecast to connect to the TV, then u can use your phone or laptop (which most people have Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc..) and just cast it to the TV. Then when you check out, u give back the Chromecast and u get back your $100.
Would I stay again, probably not cause it's way out of my price range. But if I was able to I would 100% go back.
