We love the hotel and the service and normally I would not give a five-star review given the fact that I lost an entire night of sleep due to noise and partying from the room next door. However it was handled so well with a friendly smile a small credit and a late checkout which turned a potential poor experience into a very positive one. Great service great Hotel great location and great location for walking I would totally stay here again.
Perfect location. If you are lucky enough to get one of their apartments (suites) you will love the room and view but be prepared for the stairs. No elevator.

Stayed in the deluxe loft suite.
The walls are paper thin and could hear everything from both sides. Unfortunately we had a group of people who partied the night through, keeping us awake. (Not the hotels fault, but if the rooms where built correctly then there wouldn't be an issue).
On a positive side, the staff are really friendly, very helpful and extremely nice. The room is big and roomy. The hotel is is in a great location.
Absolutely loved Montreal!
Great location! Excellent room. More than we expected and loved the cozy ambience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back.
