Stayed at this wonderful hotel with my girlfriend for 2 days and 1 night, everything was excellent the room was beautiful, the ambiance was great and everyone was so friendly. But especially Sabrina at the front desk, she was extremely helpful and took care of everything we needed, would stay here again just based on her excellent service.
Such a fun place to stay! Love the mix of old and new, and the bathrooms are to die for. Two words: heated seat. You don't know how much you love it 'til you try it.
We have been back several times. The staff at the property are all very professional and helpful. The manager Massimo makes you feel like there is no limit to what they will do for you. Very gracious. As always our room is perfect and consistent with all our previous stays.

I’m really disappointed with the service. I thought it was a 5 stars hotel but I was wrong. The receptionist ate our food and he lied about it. I had to call the driver to come back. When the driver arrived at the hotel, the receptionist change his story. He said he received it but mixed it up with his own order which he doesn’t know where it came from. I’ll never stayed there again. It is too bad for a 5 stars to act like a 2 stars. You need to be downgraded.
