Excellent ! Clean and very efficient staff. Convenient location, walking distance to major shops and to Chinatown. We have stayed here many times and will always choose to stay here when we need a hotel in Montreal.
The staff stole the stuff we forgot in the room. Do not stay there, unless you want the staff to steal from you. I Contacted them an hour after my check out, and every week since then, and they are not open about how some mismanegement ended up in them loosing my things.

Nice hotel, but need to improve on their customer service. In town for work and booked 6 rooms for 7 nights each spending almost $6,000. When I ask for a microwave in my room the girl said they only give those to guest that are staying at least 15 days. Then the manager wanted to charge me $5 per night for a microwave. Next time I'm in Montreal with a group of people I'll be staying somewhere else. Seriously half the city is shut down due to covid 19 and you wanna make it harder for guest to stay safely in their room to eat. Not cool
