In the middle of this pandemic, we decided to make a getaway with the offer room + private dinner in room at W&G. It was an extraordinary experience from my arrival at the hotel. Very incompetent customer service. We wanted to please our friends staying there and called the hotel but they couldn't find a way to offer them flowers from us, for their engagement. The lady who answered sounded completely clueless so we asked her to give the responsibility to the person working after her, but no one ever called us... I would highly recommend any other hotel if you like to be treated with care
