Very friendly and helpful staff
Highly recommended
Super cool hotel! Love the decoration and design. Our room was very clean. Everything was new and up to date. The bed was extremely comfortable! Even the shampoos provided were great quality. What was great, was that the hotel really put in effort in keeping the hotel as clean and disinfected as possible for COVID-19. There were social-distancing measures in place, but there weren't too many people to begin with (we never encountered anyone else except for during breakfast), and there was a sign that said that each room was kept vacant for at least 24 hours before being assigned to a customer! That is just amazing - have not encountered any other hotel that has done that! By far the best 3-star hotel I've ever been to!
The only reason why I'm giving this hotel 4 stars is because of parking - unfortunately a big con of this hotel is that parking is not included, and there is no voucher even. It is $25/day at a parking garage nearby.
I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel le Dauphin!! The location is everything. You are able to conveniently walk to Old Montreal, China Town, and Rue Sainte-Catherine within minutes. Rooms were modern, spacious, and super clean. This eased my mind, especially with the ongoing pandemic. During my stay, breakfast was included (I still crave their baked egg croissant to this day!!). I recommend you waking up before 9-10am to grab breakfast as the good stuff goes out fast. My only complaint is that there was no parking at the hotel. The hotel recommends parking at the convention centre nearby, which costs up to $20 if you parked for 12 hours or more. Fair, but I wish the hotel had a deal with the convention centre and offered a flat rate, so we can leave and return whenever we pleased (the cost to leave and re-enter the parking garage added up to around $30-40 per day). Despite this, I would definitely return back and stay at Hotel le Dauphin if I ever visit the city again!
Modern and clean! Nice washroom and spacious room. It had a large TV, mini fridge, an apple computer, couches, rocking chair, very comfy bed! The window opened as well. Breakfast was included, almond/plain croissant, mini bag if orange juice/apple/yogurt. had various options of tea/coffee/milk.
